EcoLogo is an offical mark of the Government of Canada. Use of the EcoLogo symbol is prohibited without permission by TerraChoice Environmental Marketing Inc.

The EcoLogo Program website is published by TerraChoice Environmental Marketing Inc. Contents are copyrighted by TerraChoice Environmental Marketing Inc. Responsibility for the advertised products and services lies solely with the companies indicated. TerraChoice Environmental Marketing Inc. is not responsible for claims regarding a product or service other than the EcoLogo certification itself.
